Another re-vamp, again in the interest of keeping the blog collection stylistically complete. This was originally done as a commentary on the Canadian foot-dragging back in 2004 on the issue, but given the hysteria and misinformation swirling around any social issue in the States, it didnt take much to apply this to the sometimes peculiar political thought in the US.
