The importance of priorities

I know. I promise to get the cartoon on a regular basis, and then you dont see anything new for three days. Damn real world.

I'm off to Montreal on Saturday for a week, but I'll be posting as often as I can while there. This is preparation for a major LifeChange (TM), so expect some major life changes to the cartoon as well. :-)

I would encourage you to look them up on Facebook and see what's around in need of a good home. And if you dont live in their geographic area, that shouldnt stop you from going to your local animal rescue facility and helping out a small animal down on its luck. Remember: the love they give is unconditional, and we could all use something like that in our lives, right?

Rodeo Season!

It's getting close to that time of year when the IGRA rodeos start up across North America. If you've never been to one, you're missing a weekend of serious fun; I strongly recommend going to www.igra.com and see which one is closest to you, because it's something I have no doubt whatsoever you will enjoy.

And a special shout-out to my friends at Alberta Rockies Gay Rodeo Association, whose incredible weekends straddle Canada Day and the Fourth of July. Theirs is a weekend long camping adventure, the likes of which just do not compare anywhere on the circuit. Go. Trust me on this. Just go.
